Championing the Clean Economy event at New York Climate Week

Our CEO, Andrea Yodsampa, represented DEPLOY/US on the CERES mainstage as part of a panel with our partner grantee at R Street and with the National Taxpayers Union. She spoke about how business leadership on decarbonization is essential, but not sufficient — we also need robust, right-of-center civil society engagement. This set the stage for the next panel with former members of Congress Carlos Curbelo (R-FL), Bob Inglis (R-SC), and Ryan Costello (R-PA), who spoke on climate and business from a Republican perspective.
